All deliberations of Council shall be public except those instances exempted by law, pursuant to Section 121-22 of the Ohio Revised Code. Regular Council meetings are held on the first and third Thursdays of each month at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers at 128 Court Street in Cadiz.
Council Finance meetings will be held as needed
All legislation enacted by Council and copies of Council minutes are kept on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer. The office of the Clerk/Treasurer is open Monday thru Friday from 8:30am to 4:30 p.m.
As per Ordinance 2009-21, be it ORDAINED that the following days shall be defined as "Holidays" for the calendar year 2010: New Year's Day** Martin Luther King Day** President's Day** Good Friday** Memorial Day** Independence Day** Employee Appreciation Day** Labor Day** Columbus Day** Veteran's Day** Thanksgiving Day** Thanksgiving Friday** Christmas Eve** Christmas Day**Floating Holiday.
